MASON FOREVER FOUNDATION 5k

Please join us on Thursday June 2, 2022 at 6:30pm for the inaugural Mason Forever 5K Run/Walk! The Mason FOREVER Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes youth sports and students pursuing a degree in the medical/health/fitness fields. The foundation was established in 2020 in honor of Mason Sawyer Monteleone, a Junior on the Deans List at Florida State University.  He was majoring in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences when he tragically died in a car accident on August 28th, 2020.

START/FINISH The race will start and finish at Artpark State Park at the football practice fields (next to the dog park). The proposed course (shown above) will have a water station located at the midpoint and bottled water and light food/snacks will be provided at the finish line after the race.  (Artpark State Park Portage Road Entrance Lewiston, NY 14092)

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race or until sold out. All participants who register by 5/25/22 are guaranteed to receive an official Mason Forever 5K shirt in their desired size. We will order a limited quantity of extra shirts after this date in a variety of sizes that will be made available during checkout on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are gone.  5K Adult Registration (19 and older) $25 through 5/24/22 then $30  5K Student Registration (18 and under) $20 through race day
